1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 and have the legal capacity or necessary authorization to use the service and make any purchase. If you use Cardello for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Provide accurate account details and protect the sign-in provider and device you use to access Cardello.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell support promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. Sign-in methods are linked through the account process; the same email text does not automatically merge separate accounts or transfer purchases.
2. The service
Cardello helps you create and share a professional digital card, present your work, and organize contacts and inquiries. Features can vary by platform, plan, region, and availability. We may improve or change the service, and will give notice when required for a material change to paid access.
An inquiry is a message expressing interest. It is not a confirmed order, booking, contract, payment, or promise by Cardello or a card owner. You and the recipient are responsible for any separate arrangements. Cardello does not verify every profile, external link, claim, or message and does not endorse a card owner's products or services.
3. Your content and sharing
You keep ownership of your content. You give Cardello a non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display or file delivery, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service you request. This includes displaying fields you choose to publish and delivering inquiries to their intended recipient. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for limited retained copies described in the Privacy Policy or required by law.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and personal information you upload. Do not publish someone else's confidential information without authority. Shared links, QR codes, contact downloads, and Wallet copies can be saved or forwarded by other people; Cardello cannot retrieve every independent copy after you change or delete content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Cardello for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging, infringement, exploitation, malicious links, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share, attempt to access another person's private workspace, bypass plan or security limits, interfere with the service, or exploit it to collect personal information at scale.
We may investigate reports, restrict content, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or address a material violation. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support for review.
5. Cardello Pro subscriptions
Cardello offers a Free plan and Cardello Pro. The standard US prices for Pro are US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year. There is no Lifetime plan and no included free trial. Your store displays the applicable localized price, taxes, billing period, and renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. The annual plan is billed as one annual payment, not as twelve monthly payments.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play when the relevant product is available. Payment is charged to the store account you use at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel renewal through that store before its renewal deadline. Apple may process renewal within the 24 hours before a period ends; cancel at least 24 hours before the end where the store requires it. Your store's confirmation and account settings control the exact timing.
Manage or cancel in the app's subscription management flow, in Apple Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app, deleting a Cardello account, or emailing support does not itself cancel a store subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues for the paid period, subject to refunds, revocation, and store rules.
Use Restore purchases while signed in to the Cardello account associated with the purchase. Purchases are validated with the store and RevenueCat before Pro access is granted. A pending payment or verification may delay access. Contact support if a purchase is associated with a different Cardello account; purchases are not automatically transferred or merged.
Refund requests and billing disputes follow the rules of the store that charged you, together with any mandatory consumer rights. Price changes apply with the notice and consent required by the store and applicable law. If Pro expires, Free limits apply; previously paid access is not a promise of perpetual availability of Pro features.
6. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You must also respect the privacy of people whose details you save or receive. Use inquiry information only for appropriate, lawful communication.
Sign-in providers, app stores, Wallet providers, linked websites, and other third-party services have their own terms. Their availability and decisions are outside Cardello's control. We may use service providers to operate Cardello, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Ending your use and deleting an account
You can stop using Cardello at any time. Request account deletion in the app or follow cardellopro.com/delete-account. We verify ownership before deletion and may require a fresh sign-in or a provider revocation step. Requesting deletion is not conditional on canceling a subscription, but you must separately cancel renewal through the store to prevent further charges.
We may end or restrict access for a material breach, legal requirement, or serious security risk. Where reasonable, we will give an opportunity to resolve the issue. Content removal, retention, and independent copies are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature need to continue, including accrued payment obligations, ownership, and applicable limitations, survive the end of use.
8. Availability, responsibility, and your legal rights
We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, that every message will be delivered, or that every external service or device will behave as expected. Maintain your own copies of information that is important to you, and check a recipient's details before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by law, Cardello is provided as available without additional implied guarantees, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by interruptions, third-party services, or content supplied by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or other protected liability.
9. Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these Terms and will show the effective date. For material changes affecting existing users, we will provide notice and obtain agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights already granted by mandatory law.
Contact support@cardellopro.com so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a right to complain to a regulator, or remove access to courts or consumer protections available under applicable law. General business inquiries can be sent to info@cardellopro.com.
