Delete your
Cardello account.

In the app

Open your account settings, choose Delete account, and follow the ownership verification and confirmation steps. If you use Apple sign-in, a fresh Apple authorization may be needed to revoke access.

By email

Send a request to support@cardellopro.com with the subject “Cardello account deletion”. Include the email address or sign-in method associated with your account. We will verify ownership before deleting information. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

What happens to your information

Account deletion deactivates public access and starts removal of your saved card, private contacts, notes, inquiries, files, and sign-in identities. Limited records may remain for security, legal requirements, and backup retention as described in the Privacy Policy. Previously downloaded contacts, Wallet passes, and information saved by recipients may remain on their devices.
